I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your excellent service and assistance this past weekend. As I told you, I have planned many conferences. The service that you provided this weekend was far above service we have received at any other resort. I would like to add that the gentlemen who set up our conference rooms and served our meals also did a wonderful job. This was the first conference I have ever planned where I did not have to chase people all over the hotel to obtain the things we needed for our conferences. Not to mention you made all of this happen with no notice and planned everything in an hour. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely refer you and your resort to friends and colleagues.
